Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated PhD researcher to investigate the impact of local cultures on perceptions of geothermal energy. The successful candidate will design and implement a questionnaire to gather data from diverse countries, analyze the results, and publish the findings in scientific journals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and distribute a questionnaire to gather data on local cultures and geothermal energy perceptions
  • Analyze the data using statistical software (e.g. SPSS or R)
  • Develop a manual for stakeholders on engaging with local communities
  • Conduct randomized controlled trials to test the effectiveness of the manual
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Communication Science, Cultural Anthropology, Sociology, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in designing surveys and experiments
  • Strong quantitative data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Fluency in English (IELTS C1 level or higher)
