Webcast Technician

We are seeking a skilled Webcast Technician to join our team at Euronext Corporate Services. As a Webcast Technician, you will be responsible for delivering successful customer events from a technical perspective, either in our studios or on-site at customer locations.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating webcast production, managing technical setup and content integration, troubleshooting streaming audio and video problems, and coordinating with local suppliers and technical teams. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring encoders at customer sites, identifying needs and market developments, and maintaining good internal and external communication.

• Carry out successful customer events in one of our studios or on-site
• Coordinate webcast production, including scheduling, technical setup, and content integration
• Troubleshoot streaming audio and video problems
• Coordinate local suppliers and technical teams
• Install and configure encoders at customer sites
• Identify needs and market developments
• Responsible for good internal and external communication

We are looking for a motivated and technical-savvy individual with a strong background in streaming video, audio-visual industry, TV broadcast, or video conferencing. You should have a flexible mindset, be a problem solver, and strive to achieve the best result together with your colleagues. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and be willing to work alternating shifts.

• 3 years of working experience in streaming video, audio-visual industry, TV broadcast, or video conferencing
• Strong working knowledge and experience with equipment such as Newtek Tricaster Elite versions 1 & 2 in Chroma key studio settings
• Knowledge of encoders and installation/configuration
• Work experience in project and resource planning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible and proactive with a result and service-focused mindset
• Willing to work alternating shifts
• Broad knowledge of Information Communication Technologies
• Basic understanding of IP networks and establishing network connections on site
• Troubleshooting Windows 10 on the fly
• Experience with RTMP streaming and setting up site-to-site connections using NDI protocol and streaming with OBS Studio
• Knowledge of audio and mixing audio on a console (microphones and routing)
• Managing Virtual conference rooms using products such as Kinly and MS Teams
