About the role
We are a frontrunner in integrated reporting and are seeking a talented individual to support us in our mission to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members with human dignity at its core.
Key responsibilities
- Support Triodos Bank in realising its mission and strategy by reporting on the financial performance and non-financial impact.
- Work on improving data and process maturity, perform quality reviews and challenge the reporting provided by the business.
- Perform analysis on complex issues and large amounts of data and identify and understand patterns and trends and translate those insights into clear reports and actionable recommendations.
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and sector developments on financial and on sustainability reporting and translate these into data requirements, definitions, and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans in the budgeting and forecasting cycle lead by Business Control.
- Pro-actively engage with relevant stakeholders and act as an internal and external focal point for financial and impact-related expertise.
Requirements
- Strong accounting knowledge and relevant experience in Audit, (Sustainability) Reporting, Control or similar roles, with a preference for experience in the financial sector.
- A Masters degree with highly developed analytical and abstract thinking and reporting skills, a Masters degree and preferably CPA (RA) or EMFC (RC).
- You are proficient in working with large datasets and skilled in Excel and tools for business analytics.
- A proficient level in English in both speaking and writing. Proficiency in the Dutch language is a plus.
