Flow Traders is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic Trading team in Amsterdam. As a Graduate Trader, you will embark on a comprehensive 3-month training program, gaining in-depth knowledge of our core business, financial products, and trading processes. You will collaborate with fellow graduates on a team project, developing your skills and understanding of a Trader's role in the financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize profitability
  • Monitor market trends and make informed decisions to contribute to the overall success of the trading desk
  • Collaborate with senior traders and quantitative researchers to strengthen your understanding of financial markets and trading processes
  • Participate in trading simulations and quantitative classes to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as finance, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or statistics
  • Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets
  • Understanding of financial products and trading processes
  • Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in IT systems and development languages
  • Ability to work under pressure, with excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
