As a Demi Chef de Rang, you will be part of an exceptional team that strives to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the two-Michelin-starred Ciel Bleu Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes.
  • Proactively promote our products and services to guests.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with the service team and other departments.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Manage restaurant reservations and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.

  • A 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in luxury restaurants.
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours.
  • Enthusiasm, eagerness, and a team player attitude.
  • An eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and/or Dutch (oral and written).
