Rituals is seeking a highly organized and analytical S&OP Planning Intern to join our team at our Head Office in Amsterdam. As an intern, you will play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, collaborating with sales channels, marketing, and innovation teams to ensure the best demand forecast for all products.

This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, work with multiple departments, improve stakeholder management skills, and deepen analytical capabilities. The dynamic environment of Rituals means that you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously.

Purpose of the Internship

  • You will support the Sr. S&OP Commercial Planner to calculate demand volumes, data-driven analyses, and presentations.
  • You will work together with multiple departments to collect required business drivers and validate inputs from our business stakeholders.
  • You will analyze and review forecasting accuracy monthly in collaboration with the lines of business.
  • You will work together with other stakeholders within supply chain to handover the FC volumes in order to make sure the right volumes will be purchased and replenished to the specific channels.

Requirements

  • To apply for this internship, you must be currently enrolled in an HBO/University study with a focus on Business Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
  • You are available for 5 to 6 months, minimum 4 days a week.
  • You have strong stakeholder and communication management capabilities.
  • You have strong analytical, planning, and organizing skills.
  • You have a good command of the English language and Dutch is a pré (spoken and written).
  • You are keen to be the best in class but value teamwork, pro-active, eager to learn, and accurate.
