Deze internationale productieorganisatie in de procesindustrie is toonaangevend op het gebied van de productie en ontwikkeling van haar eigen producten. Met een echt regionaal karakter heeft dit bedrijf ook een behoorlijk internationaal tintje. Het grootste gedeelte van het geproduceerde eindproduct wordt geleverd aan klanten op alle continenten over de hele wereld.

Investeren in techniek, productie, efficiëntie maar met name in eigen medewerkers is wat dit bedrijf belangrijk vindt. Daarom zul je wanneer je bij dit bedrijf werkt als Chemical Engineer te maken hebben met geavanceerde productiemachines en processen met automatisering van het hoogste niveau. Er wordt daarnaast gekeken naar opleidingsmogelijkheden en de verhoging van het kennisniveau. De cultuur van dit bedrijf is nuchter, familiair maar heel vooruitstrevend

Functie-inhoud:

  • Je geeft als Chemical Engineer advies m.b.t. het productieproces en process window (proces parameters) en de instructies voor de operators.
  • Nieuwe procestechnologieën en optimalisaties worden door jou geïnitieerd en geïmplementeerd indien nodig.
  • Je analyseert het productieproces en initieert verbeterprojecten waardoor de kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie wordt behouden of verbetert.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij het trainen van de operators in het verbeteren van het proces/proces.
  • Je ondersteunt de toetsing van de vaardigheden van de operators om erachter te komen welke trainingen benodigd zijn.
  • Je bent als Chemical Engineer medeverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het product gebruikmakend van diverse data en tools.

Functie-eisen:

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding in de richting van Toegepaste Natuurkunde, Chemical Engineering, Energie- en Procestechnologie, Technische Bedrijfskunde of Werktuigbouwkunde.
  • Je hebt (stage) ervaring, bij voorkeur in een R&D omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken en/of projectmanagement.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en weet als mensenmanager je team te motiveren.
  • Je bent een verbinder en weet je stakeholders te managen.
  • Je bent praktisch analytisch en weet anderen te overtuigen van je onderzoek.
  • Je hebt sterke affiniteit met productieprocessen, kennis van industriële verbeterprincipes en projectmethodieken.
  • Je beheerst de Engelse taal goed.

  • Een basissalaris tussen de €3.320 en €6.330 bruto per maand.
  • 8% vakantiegeld, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen.
