We're seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team, driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring optimal employee staffing and organizational performance.
  • Partner with management to design and implement high-performance teams, driving business results through talent development and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of HR trends and contribute to the development of HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with international HR counterparts, talent acquisition teams, and external payroll administrators to drive global HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a technical B2B setting.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through strategic HR initiatives, with a strong analytical and communication skillset.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a sound grasp of employment law and organizational acumen.
  • English language skills are mandatory, with Dutch a plus.
