Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Ananda B.V. in the Netherlands.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

This role involves working closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless support and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive support and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Language proficiency in English, Dutch, German, and/or French.
