Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to safety and security incidents, including lost property, fire, theft, and accidents.
  • Implement and maintain safety and security procedures, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
  • Manage crisis situations with composure and professionalism, coordinating responses and reporting incidents promptly.
  • Support the growth and development of colleagues, prioritizing their career and personal development.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of relevant experience in hotel security or a related field, or possession of a MBO Beveiliger 2 diploma.
  • Availability to work 3 or 5 days a week.
  • Flexibility to work morning, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Service-minded attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Proof of good behavior (VOG).
  • Fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in English preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Driving license B is preferred but not mandatory.
