Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and address safety concerns through surveillance cameras and enforce house rules.
  • Implement Safety & Security procedures and provide advice on security risks.
  • Collaborate with departments and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations and coordinate emergency responses.
  • Support the growth and development of our security team.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of relevant experience as a Hotel security/Beveiliger and/or in possession of a MBO Beveiliger 2 diploma.
  • Availability for 3 or 5 days a week.
  • Flexibility to work on morning/evening/night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Service-minded attitude and proof of good behavior (VOG).
  • Fluent in Dutch; preferably, also proficient in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and a valid driving license (B).
