Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Night Auditor to join our team at Ibis Styles Amsterdam Airport. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and working closely with our front office and food and beverage teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our front office and food and beverage teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our hotel's high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

Requirements

  • MBO Hospitality qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a front office or food and beverage position.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English languages.
  • Out-going and proactive personality, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and nights.
  • Driver's license and a car (considered a major plus) or not relying on public transport.
