Job Title: Senior Manager - Chart of Accounts and Global Consolidation

SABIC - Saudi Basic Industries Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Chart of Accounts and Global Consolidation team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our global Chart of Accounts, ensuring data quality and control, and driving the development of our global consolidation tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SABIC's global Chart of Accounts in accordance with our accounting standards and policies.
  • Lead the development of our global consolidation tool, ensuring it meets our legal, statutory, and tax consolidation needs.
  • Establish and maintain governance over our Chart of Accounts, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all legal entities.
  • Collaborate with upstream teams to identify and resolve issues related to consolidation and CoA.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality and control.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 9+ years of experience in management, with a focus on finance and accounting.
  • Strong change management skills and ability to drive performance and delivery-oriented organizational climate/culture.
  • Broad experience in finance, accounting, and reporting processes and systems.
