As we expand our operations, we are eager to welcome a proactive and optimistic student to assist our Talent Acquisition team during a 6-9 month internship.

Your Role in Creating Change

In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment and employer branding initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, HR colleagues, candidates, and various stakeholders.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Creating and publishing job postings
  • Updating our website and social media platforms
  • Facilitating partnerships with universities and external organizations
  • Coordinating the recruitment of fellow interns
  • Participating in the onboarding process for new suppliers

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Be a motivated student (MBO, HBO, or WO) with an interest in HR, talent acquisition, employer branding, event coordination, or administration
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and manage your time effectively
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be approachable
  • Pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy
  • Have prior experience with IT systems
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of Dutch, German, or Spanish is a plus)

Your Future Colleagues

The Talent Acquisition team in the Netherlands comprises three seasoned professionals who will mentor you throughout your internship, sharing their expertise. This team is responsible for all recruitment and employer branding efforts in the Netherlands and collaborates with Triodos offices across various countries. Additionally, the team is part of the broader HR Centre of Expertise, which encompasses Co-worker Experience, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.
