Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Global Trade Coordinator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of cargo worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, customs, and agents to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.
  • Manage and update orders within our system to ensure proper planning and prioritization.
  • Prepare and process documents for export, import, and customs clearance.
  • Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
  • Ensure accurate billing and cost information is populated in our system.
  • Communicate with customers regarding cargo disposition, including tracking, tracing, routing, and dispatching.
  • Collaborate with other company branches and agents to ensure excellent service execution.
  • Seek the most profitable mode of shipment while meeting customer requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company and industry policies.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of import and export regulations, governance, and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
