Lease Administrator

At Foot Locker, we're looking for a highly skilled Lease Administrator to join our Global Lease Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and administering commercial lease agreements within our European portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Track and process lease documents, including abstracting and setup of new lease documents, amendments, and termination agreements.
- Maintain and ensure 100% data integrity within our Real Estate Lease Management system.
- Review and interpret lease language to determine rental obligations and critical dates.
- Coordinate lease information and address inquiries with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance Departments.
- Actively participate in departmental projects as required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; French fluency will be highly preferred and prioritized.
- 1-3 years of experience in related role.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and meet specific deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and communicational skills.
