Information Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Officer to join our team at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. As an Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all our organization's information while protecting our infrastructure and assets from various technological and data threats.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our information security roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate information security into our processes and ways of working.
- Facilitate departments in implementing information security control measures related to ISO 27001 Standard.
- Work with architects to implement technical security controls.
- Provide information security assurance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with operational IT engineers and lead incident response for escalated information security incidents.
- Support the business in information security-related inquiries from customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor the external threat landscape and information security innovations.
- Coordinate activities with the security operations center and internal stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in information security, risk management, regulatory compliance, and incident response. You should have a minimum of ten years of experience in a relevant industry, such as law or finance. Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are highly desirable. You should also have expertise in cloud architectures, preferably Microsoft Azure, and experience with security operation center (SOC) tasks and activities.
