About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead the launch and growth of Stranger Soccer in Rotterdam. As a License Owner, you will be responsible for bringing the Stranger Soccer brand to life in the city, recruiting and managing a team, and driving sales and marketing efforts to attract customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Rotterdam
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of employees and freelance game hosts
  • Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract customers
  • Oversee game scheduling and customer experience to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements
  • Passion for football and a strong connection to the local football scene
  • Business background, ideally in management and customer service
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive business growth
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
