As a key member of the H&M Group team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's people relations strategy in the Netherlands. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, while also driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on employment law and people relations to management and HR teams
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and development
- Manage and maintain relationships with local works councils and trade unions
- Implement and adapt H&M Group's CoE People Relations guidelines and frameworks to meet local needs
- Education in HR, employment law, or policy development
- Knowledge of current labor legislation, best practices, and case law
- Experience in supporting transformation and implementation strategies
- Project management skills, including the ability to organize activities, set priorities, and deliver results within a clear time frame
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
