Inside Sales Engineer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Engineer Service to join our team at Alfa Laval Nijmegen. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for the correct and timely execution and handling of quotations and orders for spare parts, as well as maintaining further development and growth of the spare parts service program.
Key Responsibilities- Translate customer specifications and expectations into quotations;
- Prepare and draw up quotations of spare parts;
- Coordinate and be responsible for the delivery of spare parts to customers;
- Maintain and develop accurate records of all prospecting activities and closed sales;
- Maintain communication with responsible sales support manager and sales support engineer about commercial feedback from customers;
- Process nonstandard orders based on a Service Order Report;
- Set up customer profile and calculation of customer value;
- Prepare spare parts (lists).
We are looking for a customer-centric individual with excellent written and oral communication skills in English. You should have a technical degree on MBO or HBO level and preferably a few years of experience in a comparable environment. A creative and structured personality, as well as customer-oriented and commercially sensitive, are essential for this role.
