Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. in The Hague, the Netherlands.

As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering aspects of projects, guiding Interface- and System engineers through detailed engineering tasks, and ensuring alignment across various designs and disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong theoretical and practical expertise in low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, short-circuit and selectivity calculations, and adherence to standards like IEC 61439.

You will be responsible for preparing technical reports and test plans, devising and executing engineering plans, and effectively managing and coaching team members.

The successful candidate will possess a creative, positive mindset with exceptional communication skills to inspire and motivate teams, and be able to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, including handling critical clients with finesse.

The role will involve frequent visits to factories and project sites worldwide, and the ability to travel frequently for short business trips is essential.
