Responsibilities:
- Work closely with studio developers to provide technical advisory and support, driving quality and efficiency in game development.
- Collaborate with essential team members to create organizational structures and processes that enable high-quality work on time and on budget.
- Contribute to strategic product planning, franchise, and lifecycle management, ensuring effective project tracking and communication.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and success.
- Lead and manage production teams, leveraging expertise in project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Director or Director of Engineering, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to tailor project management methods to meet team requirements, and experience managing medium-large teams or development studios.
- Strong understanding of project management concepts, tools, and approaches, with the ability to deliver multiple high-quality entertainment experiences.
- Experience working with a wide range of project management concepts, tools, and approaches, and an ability to tailor methods to meet the requirements of the team.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
