Customer Service and Sales Expert

Purpose and Impact:
As a Sales and Stock Room Consultant at adidas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profit growth by inspiring consumer loyalty and executing store operations with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about store sales and KPI targets, and take ownership of meeting or exceeding them by utilizing all available store resources.
- Identify opportunities for sales and KPI improvement and communicate suggestions to store management to drive commercial success.
- Be a role model for customer service and consistently meet or exceed customers' expectations.
- Share customer service expertise and train selected team members to refine their service skills.
- Provide support and feedback to Retail Professionals in dealing with complex customer service situations.
- Exhibit the adidas Brand Attitude and Values as a Brand Ambassador.
- Utilize advanced Category expertise to meet the specific needs of demanding customers.
- Guide and train team members on foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge, especially in assigned Categories.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
- Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's product offer is represented on the sales floor.
- Complete cash register transactions accurately and minimize loss in the stockroom and sales floor.
- Perform all store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently.
- Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
- Make yourself available to support other team members when needed.
- Complete applicable training programs and apply learning on the job.
- Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and solid product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Basic numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills.
