About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Cloud Engineer to join our customer-focused team in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic IT solutions provider that delivers seamless and secure IT environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Microsoft (Office) 365 environment and platform.
  • Troubleshoot complex IT queries, incident resolution, and requests for modifications.
  • Ensure the security and reliability of the IT environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of operational experience in the IT sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (Office) 365, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and remote tooling.
  • ITIL and Microsoft certified, other relevant certifications welcome.
  • Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in English an asset.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of €58,320 - €75,168 per annum.
  • 8% holiday allowance.
  • Mobility/Lease car budget: €800.
  • Training and education budget: €0 per month.
  • Pension paid 50/50 by employer and employee.

  • Home Office Allowance and other extras.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
