We are seeking an intern to support our HR and Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of our headquarters' office in Bergen op Zoom. As an intern, you will be responsible for maintaining office administrative systems and procedures, providing general administrative backup support, and assisting in the facilities' day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office administrative systems and procedures
  • Provide general administrative backup support, including answering phones, preparing correspondence, and tracking deadlines
  • Assist in the facilities' day-to-day operations, including welcoming and coordinating the arrival of visitors
  • Manage stock and equipment for the IT and marketing departments
  • Coordinate or support in coordinating meetings, seminars, and special projects
