Job Overview
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving growth by developing new accounts and managing existing relationships within the DACH region. This includes cultivating strong relationships with Tier 1 OEM customers, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and strategically managing and supporting existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with Tier 1 OEM customers within the DACH region.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Strategically manage and support existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Navigate the competitive landscape, staying informed of market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve defined sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent strategy and customer experience.
- Report on sales results and forecast future market potential.
Requirements:
- Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in account management or sales within the power supply market.
- Technical background and extensive market knowledge, including an understanding of competitors.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a home-based setting.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a business developer mindset.
- Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time to visit clients and manage accounts within the designated region.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, based on experience.
