SHEQ Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our Offshore Energy team at Boskalis. As a SHEQ Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the business unit Marine Services in achieving its safety, health, and environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities- Advise the Business Unit Director and liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of SHE-Q policies and objectives.
- Develop and maintain management reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of NINA and WoW programs across the business unit.
- Develop and maintain SHE-Q management information and reporting, including dashboards and KPIs.
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Provide coaching and support to project SHE-Q teams.
- Conduct internal audits and guide external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Visit vessels and engage with offshore crews to ensure effective implementation of SHE-Q policies and procedures.
- At least 5 years of experience as a SHEQ engineer, preferably in the oil and gas or maritime industry.
- Bachelor's degree in integrated safety or similar, such as an advanced safety diploma/NEBOSH.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and convince others.
- Ambition to be involved with people, projects, and processes.
- Good command of written and spoken English (and Dutch).
