Job Description:

Plukon Food Group is a leading player in the European food industry, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Specialist to join our IT team, responsible for ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction in our Citrix, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert-level support and guidance to end users, ensuring optimal performance and high user satisfaction.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, resolution of complex technical issues, and proactive enhancement of the user experience.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and architect(s) to optimize system configurations, manage software deployments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent advanced professional experience.
  • Advanced certifications in Citrix, Microsoft, and other relevant technologies.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an End User Computing role or a similar IT specialist position.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex Citrix and Microsoft environments, as well as Enterprise IT environments.
