Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Operations Intern to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Operations Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and tailored welcome for all guests and maintaining this warm feeling during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation
  • Develop knowledge of menu items, allergens, and upselling skills to advise guests
  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 months as part of your study
