Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Audit Professional to join our dynamic team at Fugro. As a key member of our Internal Audit team, you will be responsible for managing and participating in international audit engagements, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our internal processes.
Your Role
- You will coordinate and conduct audit work in the office and on international assignments, working closely with local, regional, and corporate management.
- You will act as a sparring partner for management, providing expert advice and guidance on internal audit standards and best practices.
- You will identify areas for improvement and suggest follow-up activities to enhance our processes and procedures.
- You will ensure that our internal processes are aligned with Fugro's overall strategy and goals.
Requirements
- You have a Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- You have 5+ years of relevant working experience in internal audit or a related field.
- You have a sound understanding of internal audit standards and are in possession of, or willing to obtain, the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification.
- You have strong written and communication skills in English.
- You are available to travel for business.
