About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our brand new office space in Oegstgeest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment while driving financial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Safety & Integrity**: Develop and implement effective QHSE and integrity guidelines, monitor progress, and enforce compliance. This includes developing safety plans, conducting regular risk assessments, and providing training to team members.
  • **Financial Management**: Oversee a budget of approximately €2 million, managing cost control, delivering savings initiatives, and providing input for financial planning and KPI reporting.
  • **Stakeholder Management & Customer Satisfaction**: Foster strong relationships with customers, provide regular updates on project progress, and respond promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • **People Management**: Lead and develop your team, making strategic decisions regarding promotions, training, and recruitment. Encourage talent development, conduct performance reviews, and set clear objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
