Job Description

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is a leader in the industrial biotechnology sector, developing innovative products to advance sustainable solutions for the bio-based economy. We are seeking a Regional Customer Service Manager EMEA for our Health & Bioscience business (H&B) to oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring on-time order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The role is responsible for managing the Regional Customer Service organization, overseeing daily operations, and participating in Order to Cash complaint investigations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act policies and customer complaint management.
  • Participating in Order to Cash complaint investigations at the regional level.
  • Driving continuous improvement in Order to Cash process and Service Level KPIs, including on-time delivery, order entry accuracy, and customer complaint lead time.
  • Establishing regional Customer Service organization objectives and strategies, aligning with Global Operations objectives and strategies.
  • Managing regional operational costs and customer service budgets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain, with 5 years of direct people management experience.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, end-to-end Order to Cash process, and MS Office tools.
  • Fluent business English communication skills and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Training and Certifications

We offer training and certifications in SAP, Microsoft Office tools, and Incoterm and Payment Term training.
