Job Title: Sales Manager EMEA, New Customers

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our EMEA RFID Industry Sales Team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing sales by winning new customers in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Results-oriented selling across the Avery Dennison Smartrac RFID product portfolio, including technical knowledge of RFID transponders and how and where to use them.
  • Building a sales pipeline based on prospects and previous customers (re-activating customers).
  • Responsible for achieving sales and margin targets within EMEA and new customer wins.
  • Developing a sound understanding of the competitive landscape, assessing continuously for trends and opportunities.
  • Using SalesForce and other tools to effectively analyze sales activities and customer base, creating regular sales forecasts, and performing efficient pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in an international business in the RFID industry or technically exigent products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • A solution-oriented self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to handle multiple key tasks at the same time.
  • A valid driving license.
