Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service regarding Avery Dennison's services and products.
  • Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow-up, sales order pricing, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment.
  • Identify customer's needs and determine appropriate action.
  • Promote and sell Avery Dennison's products or services.
  • Investigate and resolve product/service/billing complaints professionally and tactfully, collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Use a CRM or equivalent system to keep track of customer queries.
  • Use an ERP to enter and track the status of orders.
  • Champion customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Support all aspects of service to the customer including, but not limited to: price quotes, technical and product recommendations.
  • Provide responsive order management support including order entry, or expediting and shipment information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is a must; any additional European language is a benefit.
  • 0-3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a business-to-business environment.
  • Experience of using an in-house database package and MS office and/or Google Suite is required.
  • Experience of liaising with an internal distribution department to ensure delivery of the product to the customer would be an advantage.
  • Good written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
  • Good data entry and organizational skills. Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills.
  • Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
