Data Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Data Solutions Specialist to join our team at Avery Dennison. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining our relationships with retailers and brand customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance to customers on optimal solutions and preparing Statement of Work documentation, including functional and data requirements for programme design, schedule, and implementation
- Investigating and resolving customer and production issues through the use of systems or communication with production sites and various support teams
- Leading calls with IT, Commercial, & Operations teams to ensure all requirements are understood and fulfilled
- Collaborating with internal teams to help ensure solutions and amendments are implemented using agreed tools, systems, and processes
- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Building and maintaining data information in our internal systems and our online ordering solution
- Collaborating with Operations teams and providing training to enable effective rollout and ongoing troubleshooting to resolve issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong interest in information technology solutions and data analysis, including a knowledge of spreadsheet software and database creation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, an investigative mindset, and a keenness to resolve and find the cause of problems
- A highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with an ability to establish and maintain good relationships both internally and with our customers
- Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the capacity to be highly organized and work independently while coordinating multiple projects to completion against tight deadlines
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude towards presenting both internally and to customers
- Commercial education, a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience
- Fluent English is mandatory. Other languages are an advantage
- A willingness to be flexible towards working hours and occasional off-site travel
