Data Solutions Specialist

About the Role
Avery Dennison is seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our relationships with retailers and brand customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer variable data for printed labeling, including price/size tags and care/content labels with RFID and brand protection solutions.
- Collaborate with global production locations, IT teams, and automation specialists to ensure smooth operation and improvement of online ordering, production, and information solutions.
- Provide guidance to customers on optimal solutions, preparing Statement of Work documentation, including functional and data requirements for program design, schedule, and implementation.
- Investigate and resolve customer and production issues through system use or communication with production sites and support teams.
- Lead calls with IT, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure all requirements are understood and fulfilled.
- Work with internal teams to implement solutions and amendments using agreed tools, systems, and processes.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and build/maintain data information in internal systems and online ordering solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations teams and provide training for effective rollout and ongoing troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English is a must.
- Strong interest in information technology solutions and data analysis, including knowledge of spreadsheet software and database creation (e.g., G Suite from Google and Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, investigative mindset, and keenness to resolve and find the cause of problems.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with ability to establish and maintain good relationships both internally and with customers.
- Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and capacity to be highly organized and work independently while coordinating multiple projects to completion against tight deadlines.
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills and enthusiastic attitude towards presenting both internally and to customers.
- Commercial Education, Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
- Fluent English is mandatory; other languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to be flexible towards working hours and occasional off-site travel.
