About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Dutch Branch - F92. As a key member of our Solutions Architect team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers and partners succeed in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our managed systems integrators, providing architectural guidance and recommendations to promote and accelerate partner engagements worldwide.
  • Ensure customer and partner success in designing, building, and migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.
  • Lead deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class solutions built on AWS, ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
  • Be an AWS evangelist, educating customers and partners of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS.
  • Author or contribute to AWS customer-facing publications, such as white papers, blogs, and proof of concepts.
  • In partnership with the sales and partner team, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS and its partner solutions.
  • Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers and partners to enable them to be cloud advocates.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the AWS Solutions Architect community.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable hands-on implementation or consulting experience and a strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and a proven record of effective collaborations across multiple internal organizations and interactions with partners and customers.
  • Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and network architecture, DevOps, or software engineering.
  • 3+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience with Enterprise systems.
