About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Host to join our team at Savoy Hotel Rotterdam. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other hotel services, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Offer recommendations and insider knowledge on local attractions, restaurants, and events, enhancing the guest's stay.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team to maintain a high level of service standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with hotel services and amenities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
