About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Host to join our team at Savoy Hotel Rotterdam. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guests with information and assistance, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Offer recommendations and reservations for local attractions and restaurants, enhancing the guest's experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain high standards of service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
