About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Host to join our team at Savoy Hotel Rotterdam. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel, its services, and the local area.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
