About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Host to join our team at Savoy Hotel Rotterdam. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and promoting our hotel's amenities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upsell and promote hotel amenities and services, such as dining, spa, and activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
