About the Role:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive board, responsible for the financial, operational, and managerial aspects of Lucas Bols N.V. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate closely with the CEO to drive strategy, M&A, organizational development, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the CEO to drive M&A and organizational development initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a branded goods or trading company
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills, with excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Experience in investor relations and M&A projects is an advantage
  • University degree in finance or business economics, with a postgraduate program in finance or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with strong proficiency in financial software and systems
