Job Description

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to bridge the gap between operations and customer. As the first point of contact for our customers, business, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that our IT services meet the terms of service level, business objectives, resources, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a consultant, advisor, customer advocate, and project leader for our clients.
  • Assess customer feedback to facilitate necessary improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a company-first mentality, motivated, well-organized, and a good listener.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in communication with customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation, able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Spanish and Dutch language proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to absorb and adopt new information quickly, be reliable, and provide flawless product delivery.
