Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a self-driven, target-oriented individual with a talent for business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key business partners within the DACH region.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Strategically manage and support existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Navigate the competitive landscape, staying informed of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent strategy and customer experience.
  • Report on sales results and forecast future market potential.

Requirements

  • Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in account management or sales within the energy industry.
  • Technical background and extensive market knowledge, including an understanding of competitors.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a home-based setting.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a business developer mindset.
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time to visit clients and manage accounts within the designated region.
