Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate logistics activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • Promote a culture of 5S across the operation, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Motivate and coach team leaders and operators, fostering a positive and productive team dynamic.
  • Ensure team members are aware of their roles and goals, and plan workload and shifts accordingly.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead daily meetings to review KPIs and discuss areas for improvement.
  • Administer hours and support the preparation of monthly billing.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in team management within the logistics sector.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with logistics software and systems for tracking and reporting KPIs.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the logistics team.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with unexpected situations.
  • Good judgment skills and ability to make decisions.
  • Experience working in a customs-bonded environment is a plus.
