About the Role

Nexperia is a fast-growing international high-tech semiconductor company seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As a key player in the semiconductor industry, we produce over 100 billion microchips a year and have offices and factories across the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for all local HR matters for our Netherland organization, connecting global HR guidelines with local legislation and serving as the HR link between local management, employees, and the international HRBP organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and advise local managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead the efficient deployment of Nexperia (Local) HR programs and policies.
  • Lead and support several HR projects within the Netherland organization.
  • Collaborate with HR CoE's (Center of Excellence) and local experts to deliver the HR agenda effectively.
  • Execute several operative HR tasks, including implementation of disciplinary measures, data entry, process documentation, and preparation of performance rounds.
  • Act as an interface between the Global HRBP and the local country HR team.
  • Directly report to the Country HR Director.

Requirements

  • A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Human Resources field, preferably international.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of local (Dutch) labor law and HR practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships based on trust and knowledge.
  • Clear business mindset with a strong people orientation.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
