Facilities Management Internship

The Facilities Management Intern will support the facilities manager in daily operations and contribute to special projects for Hunkemöller. This role involves working with a small team to complete shared tasks and assisting with daily duties such as ordering office supplies, preparing shipments, and checking invoices for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order office supplies for overseas stores and HQ
  • Prepare shipments for international franchise
  • Check invoices for accuracy and accounting
  • Carry out analysis across several areas of the department
  • Assistance in repro and courier services
  • Attend meetings with business partners
  • Update of internal FM manual
  • Plan office movements, as applicable
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an HBO facility management studies, ideally in the 2nd or 3rd year
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results without detailed instructions
  • Fluent Dutch required, with good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
