Are you a highly motivated and results-driven professional looking to drive commercial growth and success for CooperVision? We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute business plans that leverage CooperVision's assets to deliver joint value for both parties.
  • Measure performance against sales targets and KPIs, and complete all reporting and admin tasks on time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the medical devices industry or FMCG.
  • Demonstrable experience in defining and achieving sales results through Customer Business Planning, Insight to Actions, Consultative Selling, Negotiation, and Category Leadership.
  • Proven track record of successful territory sales plan initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
