Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Mattel. As a key member of our global treasury team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including cash management, payment processing, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process payments in our Treasury Management System and ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Banking Partners to resolve payment queries and discrepancies.
  • Support the preparation of regional cash balances and bank charge analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our offshore BPO partner, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and one other European language is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial administrative and accounting processes.
  • Experience working in a shared services organization with an offshore BPO partner is a plus.
