ASML IT is a dynamic organization that plays a vital role in the company's internal and external activities. We develop and deliver automated and digital services that are mission-critical, supporting information management, infrastructure, automation, and optimization of key business processes.

The goal of our IT organization is to continuously improve our business capabilities while delivering a 24/7 global IT landscape. We work in a SAFe Agile environment and are looking for a skilled service manager to join our IT Chief Data Office (IT CDO) Analytics portfolio team.

This is a key role that bridges the demand of the business for IT services and the delivery of IT support activities as agreed upon with our service providers. As an IT Service Owner, you will shape efficient structures and processes in a high-performing organization, aligning with business stakeholders, IT, and service providers to achieve operational excellence.

You will be responsible for assuring the availability, performance, and security of IT business services, in accordance with SLA's. This includes managing all IT Analytics managed services delivered to our internal customers, focusing on service operations.

We are looking for someone who can align and partner with our Agile Release Trains (ART's) operating in the IT CDO Analytics portfolio. A strong relationship network and stakeholder management skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to drive IT-business relationship management and understand business priorities and expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and liaising relationships with the business, including Information Officers, Business Process Owners, and Key User Organizations, to channel demand towards external service providers.
  • Service portfolio management: accepting new and changed IT services delivered by ART's, defining and managing service levels targets, and ensuring services are delivered and improved in line with agreed targets and expectations.
  • Lifecycle management for IT services and ensuring quality standards for solutions in collaboration with our competence teams.
  • Ensuring proper deployment of ASML policies towards IT standards to provide consistent and compliant use of IT services.
  • Managing dependencies and expectations from multiple suppliers and integrating to provide a single business-facing IT service.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also contribute to commercial contract management of contracts, suppliers, and delivery models, controlling and managing financial budgets, and initiating cost-saving improvements.

This is a challenging role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have at least 10 years of experience in relevant business and/or IT roles and at least 5 years of experience as a delivery or service manager on a senior level.

A strong understanding of service integration and management solutions, risk and control frameworks, and ITIL service management processes is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, as many of the underpinning services are developed and delivered by other departments.
